Spring is here, and Summer is a mere 2 months away! So calorie-counting, healthy eating and 20 minutes of exercise a day is going to HAVE to be the way!

Thanks to a lovely website I recently found - Healthy Weight Forum - they have a system where you can see how many calories you need to eat in the day in order to get to your goal weight in a certain number of weeks/days/months. :)
